Procedural Business Call to order: This meeting was conducted via Zoom and called to order by Chris Young, Chairman, at 9:00 am. This meeting was recorded on Zoom video. Size of 30 B is 22 x 22. Suggests trimming the edges Cutone- likes it between the pilasters. Kuester- questioned lettering on frieze. Agrees with Cutone. Mentioned other signage at previous location. Normand-thinks too big. Remarked that plan was more of summary-should say 5 square feet maximum. Cutone- questioned any signage at the back of the building.They can always come back and amend. 30C Main - Toujours Midi would need to lower the bracket to be mounted into the brick to be consistent with the Master Sign Plan. Motion to the Master Sign Plan with 3 units with each of the signs to be no more than 5 square feet and to hang below the frieze in a consistent location and to include the menu box made by Kuester; seconded by Wolf. 5-0//Young,Wolf, Kuester, Normand and Cutone
