This meeting was held via remote participation(using ZOOM recording
feature) Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Regarding the

I. Procedural Business
Call to order: This meeting was conducted via Zoom and called to order by Chris Young,
Chairman, at 9:00 am. This meeting was recorded on Zoom video.

traveled way.Town is posting signage on federal property without approval.a sensitive way to approach.

Motion to Approve the change to the sign guidelines for building and construction signs to go to the HDC
for approval made by Kuester;seconded by Wolf.

Young- 28 x 28 too large. Size of 30 B is 22 x 22. Suggests trimming the edges
Cutone- likes it between the pilasters.
Kuester- questioned lettering on frieze. Agrees with Cutone. Mentioned other signage at previous
location.
Normand-thinks too big.
Motion to approve with the size to be no greater than 5 square feet made by Normand; seconded by Wolf.

General Comments/Recommendations:
Young-fine with the 3 projecting signs located below the frieze at the same height. Remarked that plan was
more of summary-should say 5 square feet maximum.
Cutone- questioned any signage at the back of the building.They can always come back and amend. 30C Main -
Toujours Midi would need to lower the bracket to be mounted into the brick to be consistent with the Master
Sign Plan.
Motion to the Master Sign Plan with 3 units with each of the signs to be no more than 5 square feet and to
hang below the frieze in a consistent location and to include the menu box made by Kuester; seconded by
Wolf.
