Monday May 17, 2021
This meeting was held via remote participation (using ZOOM recording
feature) Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Regarding de
Open Meeting Law.
I. Procedural Business
Call to order. This meeting was conducted via Zoom and called to order by Bruce Mandel at
10:05 am. This meeting was recorded on Zoom video.

Absent members: Mark Palmer

• Discussion about the height and dormers. It was felt that raising the ridge height to eliminate the flush
dormers would make the structure too vertical and narrow. The 22' height on the south and 24' on the north
was preferred overall and the flush dormers were approvable
