I. Procedural Business Call to order. This meeting was conducted via Zoom and called to order by Bruce Mandel at 10:05 am. This meeting was recorded on Zoom video. It was felt that raising the ridge height to eliminate the flush dormers would make the structure too vertical and narrow.
