I. Procedural Business Call to order: This meeting was conducted via Zoom and called to order by Chris Young, Chairman, at 9:02 am. This meeting was recorded on Zoom video. Like the letters over the entrance. Should be consistent with other wall signs reviewed.Too contemporary. Kuester- (acting chair)-agrees with what's been said.Thinks 2nd story projecting sign - inappropriate. PW- should match other signs. CY- agrees with Cutone. Normand- does not like applied letters- should re think placement- under gutter- might not have enough room. Caggiano- gave examples of other "letter" signs. Normand suggested to include those examples in nest submission. Overall concerns are contempory font, materials (aluminum), placement, combo of signs might not work. Change proportion and relocate to where "faraway" is marked on pic Wolf-does not think 2nd or 3rd floor appropriate. Suggests projecting sign at street level. Normand- agrees with Wolf Young- appropriate projecting sign at street level off of post along with wall sign on building seen on pic. This is a sign for the restaurant. Attaching to fence behind hedge-will look like its floating. moved inside the property. Staff- suggested using the approved hardscape plan for this proposal. Kuester-confusing. Can't determine where sign is mounted. Where is the entrance. What are they trying to identify? Cutone- would like to see proposed fence- 6' high privet-has 6'fence been approved?
