Re: Comment for the January 5 Meeting of the Commission
In ConCom meetings and related documents, there has been repeated
discussion of the importance of keeping the geotubes covered to avoid
having them act as hard armoring. I suggest that you require SBPF to
collect reliable data about when the geotubes are and are not fully
covered. Perhaps drone observations could provide that data.
