Re: Comment for the May 17 Meeting of the Commission
Greg Berman’s 2020 report documents the fact that the deficit of
mitigation sand for the geotube project has become even worse. SBPF
has again met the first failure condition for the project.
Accordingly, I urge you to declare the project a failure.
