I. Procedural Business
Call to order. This meeting was conducted via Zoom and called to order by Bruce Mandel at
10:30 am. This meeting was recorded on Zoom video.

• Okay with Design features
• Appreciates changes and previous concerns which were addressed
• Massive and long for Madaket
• Compared previous submissions for context; Suggest showing HDC the previous iterations to show progress.
• Most are concerned with length and how fits in with massing and rural Madaket feeling
• Fix stairway
• Concerned with overall massing, particularly the length. Love to see it reduced a bit
• Not in keeping with Madaket the rural RK/TE

• Questioned about brown "fence" on site plan- is it a retaining wall?
• Too much bluestone- Patio should be reduced

• Bluestone wall and cap inappropriate creates a formal environment- not"in keeping with Madaket"
• Formality inappropriate in a rural setting- if visible, patio should be reduced and wall removed from NW side.
