15% of sign. wouldn't want to see letters get too small. Suggested either moving sign up or over due
to door function

simple block lettering otherwise fine

size. Existing location due to door function. Likes proposed too. either location.

1. Enforcement—Discussed a freestanding sign "construction sign". Discussed providing
direction for the Builders Association to address proliferation of free standing construction
signs. Recognizes issues with respect to deliveries and contact information. Signs are
becoming increasing larger and more prominent. Many are placed on empty lots. Supports
reaching out. Guidelines state one square foot attached to a building. Discussed updating
where location of signs should be and what it should be mounted to. Draft something and
vote- send out to builders' association. Add topic to a future agenda.
