Operate and/or support development of a new facility/system to transfer MSW or other solid wastes from Nantucket to the mainland. Respondent would finance, construct, own and operate the transfer station and manage all related transportation services. b. _____ Provide contract operation services for a Town-owned transfer station and manage all related transportation services. c. _____ Supply and/or install equipment for an MSW waste transport system without leakage, odors or nuisance impacts. d. _____Operate and/or support development of an alternative to the SSA ferry to transport MSW from Nantucket to the mainland. e. _____Accept MSW or other solid waste at a mainland facility for processing and disposal.
