Minutes of the Meeting of 30 March 2005 at 7:00 PM. The meeting took place in the Court Room,
Town and County Building, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Commission present were
Bruce Watts, Michael Glowacki, Timothy Soverino, Robert F. Murphy, and Douglas Bennett.
Chairman Glowacki called the meeting to order at 8:45 PM, following a meeting of the Board of
Selectmen.
Public Hearing to Consider Acceptance of Consent of Entry Granted by Nantucket Water
Commission for Bicycle Path (Milestone/Old South Road Connector) Purposes at 1 Milestone
Road. Chairman Glowacki opened the hearing and asked if any individual was present who wished
to speak on the matter. As there were no comments from the audience, Mr. Glowacki closed the
hearing. Mr. Murphy moved to accept a consent of entry granted by the Nantucket Water
Commission in connection with the Milestone/Old South Road Connector Bicycle Path; seconded
by Mr. Watts. So voted.
There being no further business before the Commission, the meeting was unanimously adjourned
at 7:47 PM.
