MINUTES
Tuesday January 05, 2021
This meeting was held via remote participation(using ZOOM recording
feature) Pursuant to Governor Bakers' March 12, 2020 Order Regarding the
Open Meeting Law.
I. Procedural Business
Call to order: This meeting was conducted via Zoom and called to order by Chris Young,
Chairman, at 9:00 am. This meeting was recorded on Zoom video.
Attending members: Chris Young,Mark Cutone, Kevin Kuester,Paul Wolf
and Ben Normand
Staff in attendance: Cathy Flynn,Land Use Specialist
Absent members: None
Late arrivals: Paul Wolf
Early Departures: None
Motion to Adopt Agenda made by Mark Cutone;Seconded by Ben Normand.
Roll Call Vote: carried unanimously 5-0// Kuester, Cutone, Normand,Wolf and Young- aye
Approval of Minutes- 12/22/20

III. New Business
1. Charles Lenhart 137A Orange Street Wall sign 55/665 Plymouth Sign Co.
2. Charles Lenhart 137A Orange Street Project sign 55/665 Plymouth Sign Co.
Representing- G. Michael Caggiano; owner Plymouth Sign Co.;presented project. New sign
and with different colors. Original signs are downtown at 53 Main Street.
Young- Projecting signs in combination with a wall sign are limited to 2 square feet. Refer to quarter
board on Marine Home Center.
Kuester- Current wall sign at Orange Street did not meet the guidelines. Approved due to dark color.
Prefers the original color gold and black.
Cutone-Agrees with Kuester. Would like it consistent with what was on Main Street.
Normand-Agrees with what has been said.
Wolf-Agrees with what has been said.
Motion to Approve with the following conditions;using the existing design with black background
with gold lettering, routed edge and reduce projecting sign to 2 square feet to match signs on Main Street
made by Wolf; seconded by Cutone.
