Other Business 1. Administrator/Staff Reports a. We have a meeting posted for April 2 for on-going enforcement issues with the Sconset Beach Preservation Foundation project. b.When regular meetings continue,we hope to get presenters on ZOOM as well rather than having them live-chat through YouTube c.One reason for this meeting is concerns for Constructive Approvals; the State legislature has suspended those deadlines. We've also reached out to several applicants who might have reached that deadline. d.A formal Stop-work order for 48-50 Tennessee Avenue has not been issued out since the Land Bank falls under the construction moratorium. That project will be included on the next agenda.
