Mr. Vorce stated that there will be no access from Surfside Road. Mrs. Howard opposed to more uses on Surfside Drive due to traffic issues. Rhoda Weinman representing Rick Kotolac stated that her client would like his particular property excluded from this article and Mrs. Weinman stated that she believes that if Mr. Kotolac’s property is included she believes that this will be a taking. Doug Smith requested that the waterfront be protected. Leslie Johnson stated that the existing harbor needed to be protected. Steven Cohen stated that the article had some technical wordings that needed to be reviewed.
