John Brescher (ZBA), Malakey Rice (BOS Office)
State Consultants: Nancy Radzevich, Mike Mitchell (both from
Mass Development), Josh Mant (MOBD)
Audience: Cormac Collier, Curtis Barnes, Peter Sutters (Independent)
I. Call to Order Chairman Willauer called the BOS to order at 1:30PM.
II. Establishment of Quorum
Chairman Willauer declared a quorum was present of the BOS.
There was no quorum present of the NP&EDC or FinCom.
III. Approval of Agenda - Not taken up
IV. Discussion Item: Streamlined Permitting, (State Officials Will Be Present)
See the attached Chapter 43D fact sheet.
V. Discussion: Streamlined Permitting 2008 ATM Articles # 90-91-92
No specific discussion except referencing that these articles are on
the 2008 ATM Warrant and need to pass Town Meeting in order for an application
to proceed through the BOS.
VI. Other Business
Reminder that the Streamlined Permitting is on the BOS agenda for
the same night’s agenda of Feb. 27, 2008.
VII. Adjournment Chairman Willauer adjourned the workshop at 3:10.
