Minutes of the Meeting of 6 May 2011. The meeting took place in the Town and County Building
Conference Room, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Commission present
were Rick Atherton, Michael Kopko, and Patricia Roggeveen. Robert DeCosta and Whiting
Willauer were absent. Chairman Roggeveen called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.
I. Approval of License Agreement with Sheep Pond Road Property Owner for Emergency Access.
Mr. Atherton moved to continue the meeting to Monday, 9 May 2011 at 12:45 PM; Mr. Kopko
seconded. So voted 3-0.
The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 12:01 PM.
Approved the 22nd day of June, 2011.
