The meeting took place in the Court Room, Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Commission present were Rick Atherton, Brian Chadwick, Michael Kopko, and Patricia Roggeveen. Whiting Willauer was absent. Chairman Chadwick called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. I. ANNOUNCEMENTS None. II. PUBLIC COMMENT None. III. NEW BUSINESS None. IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES, WARRANTS AND PENDING CONTRACTS 1. Approval of Minutes of 26 January 2011 at 6:00 PM. The minutes of 26 January 2011 at 6:00 PM were approved by unanimous consent of the meeting. 2. Approval of Payroll and Treasury Warrants for February 2011. The payroll and treasury warrants for February 2011 were approved by unanimous consent of the meeting. V. OFFICIAL BUSINESS 1. Request to Relocate Existing Electric Utilities Within a County Roadway. Chairman Chadwick reviewed the request. Mr. Atherton questioned the difference between an electric handhold and an electric multitap. Mr. Atherton moved to approve the request to replace the existing electric handhold on New South Road at Industry Road with an electric multitap in another location; Ms. Roggeveen seconded. So voted 4-0. VI. COMMISSIONERS REPORTS/COMMENTS None. VII. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:03 PM.
