The meeting took place in the Court Room, Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Commission present were Rick Atherton, Brian Chadwick, Michael Kopko, Patricia Roggeveen, and Whiting Willauer. Chairman Chadwick called the meeting to order at 6:15 PM following a meeting of the Board of Health. I. ANNOUNCEMENTS None. II. PUBLIC COMMENT None. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES, WARRANTS AND PENDING CONTRACTS 1. Approval of Minutes of 27 October 2010 at 3:00 PM; 27 October 2010 at 6:00 PM. The minutes of 27 October 2010 at 3:00 PM and 27 October 2010 at 6:00 PM were approved by unanimous consent of the meeting. 2. Approval of Payroll and Treasury Warrants for November 2010; December 2010. The payroll and treasury warrants for November 2010 and December 2010 were approved by unanimous consent of the meeting. IV. OFFICIAL BUSINESS 1. Planning Office: Request for Approval of Agreement and Release Regarding Cliff Road Bike Path Extension Taking. Planning Director Andrew Vorce reviewed an agreement with a property owner on Cliff Road abutting the Cliff Road bike path extension to replace some grape vine on the owners’ property which will be removed during construction of the path, with a hedge row. Mr. Vorce added that the bike path is scheduled to be open by Memorial Day 2011. Mr. Vorce answered questions from the Commissioners. Mr. Willauer moved to approve the agreement and release as presented; Ms. Roggeveen seconded. All in favor, so voted. V. COMMISSIONERS REPORTS/COMMENTS None. VI. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:19 PM.
