Minutes of the Site Visit of 27 October 2010 at 3:00 PM. The site visit took place at 37 Prospect
Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Commission present were Brian Chadwick, Patricia
Roggeveen, and Whiting Willauer. Rick Atherton and Michael Kopko were absent. Also present
were Transportation Planner Mike Burns and Executive Assistant to the Town Manager Erika
Mooney. Chairman Chadwick called the site visit to order at 2:58 PM.
Site Visit to View Proposed Options for Extension of Prospect Street Shared-Use Path. Mr. Burns
explained that he has revised his recommendation to the Commission regarding the Mill Hill Lane
section of the proposed extension to not paving Mill Hill Lane and instead to install a separate
paved bike path on the south side of Mill Hill Lane. He also said that the private portion of Winn
Street would need to be taken by the Town.
At 3:00 PM Mr. Atherton joined the site visit.
The site visit was unanimously adjourned at 3:01 PM.
