EXECUTIVE SESSION - Minutes of the meeting of 18 December 2008 at 9:00 AM. The meeting took place
in the Conference Room, 3 E Chestnut Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Commission present
were Rick Atherton, Michael Kopko, Allen Reinhard, and Patricia Roggeveen. Also present were Town
Manager C. Elizabeth Gibson, Town Counsel Paul R. DeRensis, and Executive Assistant to the Town
Manager Erika Mooney. Vice-chairman Atherton called the meeting to order at 9:20 AM.
The Commissioners voted unanimously by roll call vote to ratify a release agreement with Bank of
America regarding financial charges. Mr. Kopko moved to adjourn the County Commissioners at 9:21
AM; Ms. Roggeveen seconded. So voted unanimously by roll call vote.
Approved the 7th day of May, 2009.
