Minutes of the Meeting of 11 June 2008 at 6:00 PM. The meeting took place in the Town and
County Building, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Commission present
were Brian Chadwick, Patricia Roggeveen, Rick Atherton, Allen Reinhard and Michael Kopko.
Chairman Chadwick called the meeting to order at 6:04.
Public Hearing to Consider Acceptance of Easement for Prospect Street. Chairman Chadwick
opened the hearing and explained the Nantucket Cottage Hospital is granting a permanent
sidewalk easement for construction of a sidewalk along a portion of Prospect Street. As no
individual was present to speak in opposition, Chairman Chadwick closed the hearing. Mr.
Reinhard moved to accept the easement and send Nantucket Cottage Hospital a letter of thanks;
seconded by Mr. Atherton. So voted unanimously.
The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:05 PM.
