Minutes of the Meeting of 25 April 2007 at 10:00 AM. The meeting took place at the corner of Cliff
Road and Washing Pond Road, Nantucket, MA 02554. Members of the Board present were Brian
Chadwick, Michael Kopko, Allen Reinhard, Patricia Roggeveen and Whiting Willauer. Chairman
Kopko called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM.
Viewing Pursuant to MGL Ch 79 and 82 of Cliff Road and Washing Pond Road. Viewing as
Related to Consideration of Alteration of Layout of Certain Way Known as Washing Pond Road.
The Commission viewed and discussed beach access and the taking to involve the area to the
mean low water mark.
The meeting adjourned at 10:10 AM.
