COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE

PRESENT: KEN BEAUGRAND, DAVE LARIVEE, BOB DE COSTA, CHANNING MOORE, MARK
VOIGT, BARRY RECTOR, LINDA WILLIAMS, JOHN BRESCHER.
CALL TO ORDER: CHAIRMAN BEAUGRAND, CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 3:15 AND
WELCOMED MR. BRESCHER TO THE COMMITTEE.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA: YES
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 16, 2011. Yes
CORRESPONDENCE: FROM CON COM NOTIFYING THE COMMITTEE OF MR. BRESCHER’S
APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMITTEE. THERE WAS HANDOUT MATERIAL ON THE PROGRESS ON
THE PROJECT AT THE HEAD OF THE HUMMOCK.
GUEST: SUSAN WITTE WAS AT THE MEETING TO DISCUSS A PROPOSAL SHE WANTED THE
COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER FOR FUNDING FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET BUT BECAME
AWARE THAT THE COMMITTEE HAD NOT HAD A CHANCE TO READ THE PROPOSAL SO IT WAS
POSPONED UNTIL THE NEXT REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING ON OCTOBER 18, 2011.
MRS. WITTE DID HOWEVER GIVE THE COMMITTEE AN OUTLINE OF THE MATTERS THAT
WERE CONTAINED IN THE MATERIAL WHICH SHE WOULD BE ASKING FUNDING FOR.
FUND REQUISITIONS: A MOTION WAS MADE AND CARRIED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING

OLD BUSINESS:
I. . We have office equipment that is not in use and would like to free-up the space
for filing cabinets for old records. The equipment consists of, One Brother
MFC Scanner/Copier and One QMS Magic Color Desk Laser.
