New Business: A discussion as to whether more office hours are needed in
the CPC office was held. The organization has been in existence for ten
years now and there are presently about 50-60 projects with a possibility of
20 new ones coming up. With the DOR requirements and state requirements
for paperwork, more hours may be needed to complete everything. Regular
office hours were also discussed as being more helpful. Mr. Beaugrand and
Mr. Brannigan will discuss these topics further with Mr. Richen as he was
unable to attend this meeting.
The list of projects and managers needs to have some corrections and
updates; these should be e-mailed to Mr. Richen.
Adjournment: A motion to adjourn by Ms. Williams seconded by Mr.
DeCosta was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 3:48pm.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at
3:15pm in the Community Room of the Public Safety Building located on
the 1st floor at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, Massachusetts.
