Re: No Minutes for April 20, 2010. Meeting cancelled due to
lack of quorum. Neville has entered Rick Atherton as one of
the regular recipients of our agendas, minutes, and
newsletters.

I. OLD BUSINESS: Tom Pochman sent the CPC a copy of the
letter sent to Patty Roggeveen, Michael Kopko and Libby
Gibson regarding a meeting they were to have with the
BOS.
Paid invoice in April- no meeting: Nantucket Rental
Assistance Program/Beaugrand $1,409.35 FY10. Habitat
for Humanity Nantucket 46 Okorwaw/Beaugrand $26,199.66

II. NEW BUSINESS: Assign newly approved projects, for
fiscal year 2011, to projects managers.
Neville contacted the Conservation Commission in
regards to replacing Clark and was informed that they
would try to find a replacement for him at their next
meeting and if not, they won’t be able to fill the seat
until June.
