Approval of Minutes: November 16, 2010. Correction in the
minutes of the Special Meeting of Wed. October 27, 2010 (see

All funds to be used in this category are from the Community Preservation surcharge
and the State matching funds.
TOTAL $2,439,100
To see what sums the Town will vote to transfer into the Community Preservation
Committee reserved and unreserved fund balances to be released (in a letter dated
7/13/10) back the unspent remainder of projects approved in prior fiscal years so that
it will be available for future appropriations

IV. OLD BUSINESS:
V. NEW BUSINESS: Town Manager Request the following items be
placed on the Agenda for CPC 12/14/10 meeting:
1. FY’08 appropriation of $75,000 for 2 Fairgrounds Road
Housing (Article 22 2007 ATM)
2. $10,188.97which is the balance remaining from the
appropriation of $87,517 (Article 24 at 2009AYM) for the
Housing Planner/Specialist position.
