CALL TO ORDER: 2PM by Vice-Chair Mr. Brannigan who also chaired
this special meeting
APPROVAL OF AGENDA: The agenda was approved and it was
acknowledged that the meeting was being recorded.

Purpose of Meeting: Second round of decisions for FUNDING for
our FY ’12 warrant.
Mr. Brannigan opened the meeting by allowing (for the purpose of
those who were absent during the last meeting) further
discussions on the Restoration of the American-LaFrance Fire
Truck and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund which had gotten a
negative votes during the first round on October 22, 2010.
