PRESENT: Richard Brannigan (Chair meeting), Mark Voigt, Linda
Williams (arrived at 3PM), Channing Moore, Barry Rector, Maria
Zodda
Administrator: Neville Richen
CALL TO ORDER: 2:45PM
APPROVAL OF AGENDA: The agenda was approved and it was
acknowledged that the meeting was being recorded.
CORRESPONDENCE: Housing Assistance Corporation. Dreamland
Foundation.
The additional correspondences requested by the committee were
distributed to each member.
GUESTS: Yes.
Purpose of Meeting: Mr. Brannigan stated that the purpose of the
meeting was to start deliberations on what projects to include
in the Fiscal Year 2012 warrant.
These are the votes taken on the applicants that will be
included for funding for the FY ’12 warrant.
The CPC as a courtesy to all of its members is that during this
round any applicant who receives a no vote will be brought back
in on the final round of deliberations.
Siasconset Fire Station Repairs- This application was withdrawn
by the applicant
Restore the 1937 American-LaFrance Fire Truck, $160,000

There was a reconfirmation to give the members of this committee
a chance to represent any items that may have gotten a negative
vote

The meeting was adjourned at 4:30pm.

2011 at 2:00 at 2 Fairgrounds Road, Conference Room, Nantucket,
MA.
