PRESENT: Ken Beaugrand, Richard Brannigan, Mark Voigt, Clark
Whitcomb, Michael Kopko, Channing Moore, Barry Rector, Linda
Williams
CALL TO ORDER: 3:19PM
APPROVAL OF AGENDA: The agenda was approved
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Approval of minutes of July 20, 2010,
motion made by Mr. Voigt, seconded by Mr. Moore. Positive vote
followed.
After a brief discussion in which Mr. Brannigan wanted to
postpone the approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting
because he wanted to include correspondences which took place
between AHTF, Finance Office, and CPC Office it was later
decided that these correspondences can be put into the September
21 agenda therefore it will be in the minutes for that meeting.
A motion was then made by Mr. Kopko and seconded by Mr.
Brannigan to approve the minutes for July 30, 2010 Special
Minutes. A positive vote followed.
CORRESPONDENCE: A. Letter of Resignation from Travers J. Grant.
B. Letter of inquiry and answer between Ken Beaugrand and Stuart
Saginor Re: Open Space. C. Nantucket Police Charitable
Association.
Mr. Richen is to send a Thank You letter to Mr. Grant for his
tenure on the CPC and a second letter to the Nantucket Police
Charitable Association for their inquiry, but inform them that
CPC does not make donations.

FUND REQUISITIONS:
a. Housing Nantucket House Recycling/ Moore
$30,418.93 FY ’08
Motion to pay by Mr. Moore, seconded by Ms
Williams positive vote followed.
b. Housing Nantucket Okorwaw 40B/ Moore $4,021.60
FY ’10
Motion to pay by Mr. Moore, seconded by Ms
Williams positive vote followed.
c. Nantucket Rental Assistance /Beaugrand $4,061.85
FY ’11
Motion to pay by Mr. Whitcomb, second by Ms
Williams positive vote followed.
d. Habitat for Humanity Nantucket /Beaugrand
$7,637.47
Motion to pay by Ms Williams, seconded by Mr.
Moore positive vote followed. Mr. Beaugrand
informed the committee about the Open House/
House Dedication which will take place on
8/28/10 from 6-8PM at 46 Okorwaw.
OLD BUSINESS: Two (2) Project Status Reports from NHA Preserving
Nantucket Voices, this was approved at our meeting on July 20,
2010 but needed Project Mgr. Signature. This was signed by the
project manager and vice chairman.

ADJOURMENT: Motion to adjourn was made by Ms Williams and
seconded by Mr. Whitcomb
The meeting was adjourned at 3:37pm.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 21,
2010 at 3:15 at 2 Fairgrounds Road, Conference Room, Nantucket,
MA.
