Oliver — She went to a house where these types of windows were installed and unless you put your face against the window,
you can't tell there is no spacer bar.
Camp — In view of Ms. Oliver's information, she will go along with an approval.

McLaughlin — The louvers should be wood.
Welch — The gutters are indicated as aluminum but should be painted to match the trim. North and south elevations, with
respect to structural aspect, the ventilation won't be met without a ridge vent because of the window on the front.

Oliver — No concerns; the replacements will be Boston Sash, true -divided light windows.
McLaughlin — Clarified which windows are being replaced and that the others are previously approved.
Discussion about storm windows/panels that don't have aluminum frames.
Consensus would like to see an example of Leksan storm panels before they are installed on the exterior.
