Commission Comments • Welch — Asked that the Organizational agenda list a discussion on the use of synthetic materials. Camp — Wants to view properties using some synthetic materials and see what they look like. Pohl — We had the presentation, but we didn't vote on use of synthetic materials. • Welch — Asked that staff send to the Commissioners pertinent information for commissioners to prep for a special joint meeting with the Planning Board to discuss matters of mutual importance and how we can work together to make things happen and a brief discussion on the how the HDC might participate in the upcoming Master Plan. The meeting will be prior to the Organizational Meeting. Pohl — This joint meeting is at the Planning Board's request. Welch — If necessary for broad discussion, add a bullet point to the agenda; it can be titled General Discussion of Policies, Guidelines, and Bylaws; it would have been good for information to go out to Members well in advance of the meeting. • McLau hlin — Picture of a 200 feet of snow fence on the outside of a hedge along Pol is Road.
