Prior to (and occasionally since) starting her first consulting firm in 1994, Janice has
held senior management positions in health care administration, specializing in
strategic planning, business development, marketing and public affairs. She is the
recipient of numerous awards for excellence in marketing communications.
A graduate of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (now William James
College) with a master’s level certification in executive coaching, Janice holds a
bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University and attended graduate school at
the University of Rhode Island as well as the U Mass Dartmouth MBA program. She is
also specifically trained in Gestalt theory and Organizational and Relationship Systems
Coaching. (ORSC)
A member of numerous professional organizations for strategic planners,
communicators, human resources professionals, and business trainers, Janice is an
accomplished speaker and writer in the field of business and leadership development.
Janice is devoted to a number of social issues such as education, literacy, domestic
violence, and family health & well-being. She has served on boards of directors for non-
profits and schools. She donates pro bono time to one organization annually that
otherwise would be unable to afford business coaching services.
