Apparent Low Bidder identified as C.C. Construction Conducted reference review Prepared and Submitted “request to award” package to MassDEP on December 21st h This Month: . Monitor contractor DBE (MBE/WBE) package approval process Preparing 5 copies of contract for execution with the Town upon receipt of the Approval to Award from MassDEP Set up and hold internal Town pre-construction meetings Set up and hold pre-construction conference with contractor Town Departments, utilities and other stockholders Set up DBE resident representative protocols and start residency Meet with Town Staff to set up monthly drawdown/payment to vendors protocols/schedules Schedule Projected completion date – December 2014 Financial Budget - $921,700 Spent - $288,128 Town Action (s) Required: Execute C.C. Construction Contract What to look for this month: Site visit to Surfside WWTF for assessment of capacity bottlenecks. Completion of FAA Site Survey by GSA vendor MassDEP approval to award Phase IIB contract to C.C. Construction/execute contract Initiate Phase IIB construction paperwork, mobilization, full on-site presences Begin “close coordination” process among involved Town Departments
