Attached please find the joint Emergency Certification request for a four-geotube CES, as approved
by DEP, and also a letter of support from the Director of Public Works.
Please note that some of the attachments to this request refer to other attachments that are not
attached thereto. Those documents were all filed with the Commission in the initial SBPF
Emergency Certification request and I request that you incorporate the filings from that file into
this file for this application.
Please schedule this matter for the Wednesday 12/18 Nantucket Conservation Commission
meeting.
