The jute tubes will allow the time for the town to move the road ,. the jute tubes will allow the time forthe private property owners to have their permits reviewed, discussed, appealed , and decided on. There is going tobe litigation any way the town decides to move on this issue . i feel strongly we should not use the proposed geotubesas there is too many unknown factors b oth scientifically and in terms of long range costs/liability/ to the town ... we just don't have the answers weneed to use them.
