This map shows the 2 construction phases based on the anticipated ability of a marine contractor
to do construction before the 2013 storm season starts and based on the lots that are in the most
danger during a single storm season. The intent would be to do as much as possible in 2013 and
end up with a single structure in 2014, pending permits and other prerequisites. We would fill the
blue gaps in the north half in 2013 if time allows, but it is highly unlikely.
