SBPF is please that the Town is recognizing that the erosion of the Sconset Bluff imminently threatens not just private homes, but all ofSconset, including the Town's infrastructure, public access areas, and other important community assets. If the MOU is adopted by the BOS,we look forward to working with you on this important project in a way that saves the Town money, increases the tax base, limits Town liability, eases burdens on the Town, expands public access, and preserves historic homes and places, all with an environmental balance and stewardship that we can be proud of for generations to- come."
