A brief discussion about the application involving materials, edge detail and brackets not appropriate. Would
be beneficial for the applicant to have representation at a future meeting.

4. Fnforcement-
Michael Kopko - representing the White Heron Theatre. Received a violation notice and is
requesting guidance on seasonal banners to be displayed within the courtyard, not visible from a
public way.
The SAC stated that the "up lighting" and the size/scale needs to be addressed. The council decided
to view the area in question.
Representatives from PASCON - seeking guidance for banner display during Daffodil Weekend.
The SAC reiterated that temporary sign policy at stated in the guidelines.
They suggested displaying a banner at the tailgate party or similar to what the Nantucket Skating
Club displays.
