Procedural Business Call to order at 9:00 am. Dr. Deborah Pilla from the Fulling Mill Rd Association regarding the boat hull used by the Lifesaving Museum. Structure is blocking the view on to Polpis Road. Suggested to address public safety concerns and use of road with them. SAC — nothing has been approved. They were asked to come back with a master sign plan. They have received a violation and request to move the structure. b. Use of other business' using lighting and exterior features as signs. c. Chalkboards and easels. IV. Other Business/Preliminary Reviews if Applicable Discussion regarding event specific signs and enforcement through town departments. Discuss the police regulation town by-law update. a. Updating the town bylaw to comply with sign guidelines. Will give the police the authority to remove signs under the town code. V.
