Documentation Draft denial; packet of states' definitions of "imminent danger."
Staff Reviewed the denial as drafted with the help of Town Counsel.
He will add "Coastal Dune" to Finding 1.
Ile will correct the submittal date for this N01 to read januar- 5, 2018.
Discussion (4:08) Golding — Some fellow commissioners expressed concerns about the definition of imminent danger and the
protection of infrastructure. Reviewed other states' definition of imminent danger; based upon those, he
argues that a number of properties to the south are not in imminent danger.
Erisman — Under Finding 1, need to add "Coastal Dunes."
Golding — In the project summar_-, you focus on information submitted in 2013 to 2014.
Bennett — _\sked for a motion.
