The BOS handle encroachment letters if any are necessary. He does mow the path usually 2-3 times per year, often when he receives a call concerning it, rather than on a schedule. ` He suggested a survey of the bounds, so his workers would be sure where they should be working (Due to costs etc the subcommittee will not recommend this survey, enough area should be covered when the ways are surveyed) Jeff will review the draft management plan and create a cost analysis for the subcommittee. Mickey Roland, Chairman of the Commission on Disability said that he believed as long as no real changes were made to the path that no new ADA regulations would kick in, but he would look into it to make sure. He said that the 4’ width the subcommittee was suggesting was plenty. V. Updates: Mary Wawro distributed a list of the Baxter Road properties with (19) beach stairs.
