· any and all suggestions for changes, additions, deletions, edits, etc.
· are we ready to formally vote to adopt the REPORT in DRAFT form?
· process forward? circulate DRAFT for comment? present to the R&ROW in DRAFT form?
· seek public input before FINAL Report issued?
