I. Vote to approve last meeting minutes Feb 1
2. Updates:
a. Ray Owen has stepped down from the commission and
Morgan B. has been selected to fill his seat. Morgan works part
time for Sustainable Nantucket and is the NFAM market
manager.
b. Cormac Colliers term has expired and his seat on the
commission is open. Please encourage appropriate community
members to apply for the new openings….
3. On-going Discussion:
a. Agriculture list has been updated to include our known
growers & animal caregivers.
b. Ag. Survey has been edited…next steps? Sustainable
Nantucket has offered to send and receive the survey through
an online format. Do we need to submit to the BOS before it is
sent out?
c. Ethics training; Go to mass.gov/ethics to complete the
online training. You will need to print a copy of the certificate
upon completion and bring it to the town clerk.
4. Discussion of Ideas / Concerns / Future Objectives:
5. Choose next meeting date & time, discuss the coming
fall / winter season for meeting.
