1. Vote on Meeting Minutes from 3/4/2011
2. Updates:
a. NFAM: BOH have given permission for the Nantucket
Farmers and Artisans Market to allow potentially hazardous foods
(PHF’s) to be sold from coolers at the market, with the condition
that prior experiments, record keeping and oversight prove that
food temp can be maintained at or below 41. Current prep
kitchen regulations for the production of PHF’s remain the same.
3. On-going Discussion:
a. Work Plan draft: review & discuss, assign goals to members
& tentative dates for completion:
1. Agriculture list has been updated
2. Ag. Survey was printed and mailed
3. Right to Farm
4. Conflict Resolution
4. Education & Outreach, brochures
5. BOH / MPPU
6. Ag community picnic
7. Island Ag Field Trips
c. Contacts w/ MFBF, local Ag extension
4. Discussion of Ideas / Concerns / Future Objectives:

spring / summer season for meetings
