I. Procedural Business
Call to order at 9:00am.

5. Enforcement- N.I.R. has more signs on Straight Wharf that need to be addressed. "Open" signs in
windows of the Thomas Macy Warehouse. Repeat offenders discussed. Enforcement of Aunt
Leah's Fudge sandwich board blocking a publicly traveled way. Signs displayed during Wine
Festival weekend were discussed. Vineyard Vines had a television screen displaying their brand.
IV. Other Business
Real Estate signs- Nicole Bousquet, secretary representing the Nantucket Association of Real
Estate Brokers Association discussed enforcement of non-compliant signs being displayed. The
SAC discussed the guidelines and the violation procedure.
Milestone and Town sign discussion- The signs were overlooked with the road widening
paperwork. They would like to meet with Mike Burns and Rob McNeil general discussion
regarding materials and the SAC involvement.
Discussion of mission statement for town website

Discussion of appointments of advisory board members
None
