Tuesday June 11, 2019
I. Procedural Business
Call to order at 9:00 am.
Attending members: Chris Young, Mark Cutone, Kevin Kuester, Ben Normand

Motion to Approve comments for #1-#2.

3. Enforcement- John Hedden sent more violations. Advertising signs on boats will be addressed.
Umbrellas with beer advertising, strip and rope lights at restaurants on Straight Wharf. Menu
boards throughout town. Podiums on the sidewalk (town property). Surfside Crossing signs dis-
played for over 6 months, against the guidelines. There is language in the town code using
televisions to project advertisements. The SAC members will forward pictures of potential
violations to John.
IV. Other Business/Preliminary Reviews if Applicable
Local real estate business looking for guidance for a brochure box and key drop box for rental
properties. The board discussed using a television to display properties. The preferred location is
inside the office, not to be visible from the street, especially in the evening hours. Also, adding a
white border to their existing signs.
Discussion of future meeting with Mike Burns and Rob McNeil for Milestone and Town signs
The board would meet with them at any time.
Discussion of mission statement for town website
None
Discussion of appointments of advisory board members
Ben Normand will expire 2019.
