Preliminary Agenda
1. Call to order.
2. Review and approval of the meeting agenda.
3. Review and approval of the minutes of the September, 2011 meeting.
4. Vice Chair's Comments; Comments from Work Group Members.
5. Update on draft BMP status and discussion of next level of review. A draft may be
distributed in time for the meeting.
6. Discussion of other items needed to complete charge and give final report to BOS
a. Regulatory packages: Home-Rule Petition and Board of Health Regulations.
b. Homeowner education/HPIC bluebook collaboration and other ideas for
publicity.
c. Budget to accompany recommendations.
d. Suggestions for measuring effectiveness.
e. Set a time line: dates for completing BMP and sending the final report to BOS
7. New Business.
8. Adjournment.
