3. Review and approve minutes of the meeting of October 19, 2010.
4. Chair's comments and announcements; comments from the workgroup.
5. Brief discussion of draft set of recommendations to the Board of Selectmen, BOS, with
fuller discussion to come at the next meeting.
6. Continue and complete review and final edit of draft Home Rule Petition, HRP.
7. Review and final edit of draft Board of Health, BOH, Regulations.
8. Brief discussion of November 9th agenda.
