Chairman Paterson opened the hearing; no members of the public were present. Ms. Campese updated the Commission on the proposed amendment to Rules and Regulations for the "M" (first-time homebuyer's) exemption that would allow the subdivision and sale of a portion of the property without jeopardizing the "M" exemption so long as the property being sold qualified for the "O" exemption.
