1. Call to Order
2. Quorum established
3. Agenda Approved
4. The previous meeting’s minutes were carried over to the
next meeting.
5. The grant application data was reviewed and we were
not able to apply for practical purposed because of the
calendar year.
6. Review of the EBI Consulting Group’s proposal. Nov 3
letter approved
7. Further discussion of the Pacific National Bank building.
Debbie met with Michelle Starr, the manager of the
branch. She was interested in the history of the building
and the murals. Their mutual objective is to prepare a
history of the building and create an easement to save
the interiors and murals.
8. New Business,
Debbie Timmermann will interview Mike Fruzetti to start an
oral history. Susan Handy was concerned about the
archaeological dig re the Prospect Hill Cemetery bike
path and will research the Mass. Rules. The commission
discussed the town’s disregard for the historic materials
and proper notice to those affected by the DPW
decisions.
