Minutes of the Meeting of Oct. 24, 2013

The minutes of the last meeting were approved with one correction.
The agenda was approved.
There was no public comment.
After discussion of the time frame (50 years) and the scope of the Preservation
Restriction placed on 22 windows covered by the restriction (which does not
include all of the stained glass windows in the church) and the new addition, the
restriction as written for St. Paul’s was approved as follows:
Jascin Finger made a motion to approve the Preservation Restriction for 50 years
on St. Paul’s stained glass windows with additional photographs showing the
windows in their context. Phil Gallagher seconded the motion. The vote was
unanimous.
When the photographs are submitted by St. Paul’s, the commission members will
be notified to go to the HDC office to have their signature’s notarized.
The commission members plan in the near future to develop written rules and a
standard for preservation restrictions for the CPC and to speak with town
counsel.
