Meeting: Monday, June 25, 2012 at 3:00 PM in the Town Hall conference room
Attending: Kara Buzanoski, DPW Director
Helene Weld, Board of Health
Charlie Stott, Madaket Homeowners Association
Ken Giles, Madaket Conservation Association
1) RPF/IFB:
The Committee discussed the rights of entry that had been received and noted that
the area around Long Pond and Goose Pond were very well covered by access allowance.
Hither Creek did not have as much private access. Ken noted that there were mosquitoes
showing up in the ditches area and Eel Point.
Discussion of Lily Pond and Brant Point revealed that there were no rights of
entry granted to date. The Town Association will be approached.
Discussion also continued on bringing Bruce Perry into the next meeting.
2) Legislation:
There was no discussion on this item.
The minutes were not available for approval.
Meeting was adjourned at 3:40 pm.
Next meeting is July 16, 2012 at 3pm in the Town Hall conference room.
